I have had a huge craving for chicken wings for weeks now. I've been reminiscing about the good ol' days of going out for wings and beer while still in school with my friends on wing night at our favourite pub. Now that we've eliminated meat from our diet, I was worried I'd never get that same satisfaction again. Until I came across this idea… cauliflower chicken wings. Cauliflower seems to be the 'it' food for substitutions right now, and though not every variation is a hit, this one definitely is.
