Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded or powdered parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 3 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375'F
- Wash and cut potatoes and put into a large bowl
- Drizzle potatoes with the olive oil and ensure all wedges are coated
- In a small bowl combine all other ingredients
- Sprinkle mixture over oiled potatoes and toss to coat
- spread out evenly on a baking sheet
- Bake for 25- 30 minutes, flipping wedges half way through
